Our return and exchange policy is simple and customer-friendly:
Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your item(s).
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all tickets attached. Items that are not neatly folded and returned in their original state will not be accepted by the courier.
Process: If your item meets the above criteria, we will easily process your exchange or refund.
Shipping Fee: There is a shipping fee for returns and exchanges, which is the same as the shipping fee paid in your original order. For example, if you paid a 50 EGP shipping fee in your original order, the exchange/return shipping fee will also be 50 EGP.
Refunds: Online order refunds are processed directly to your account once the refund request is accepted.
